Position Purpose:
Leads, guides and directs the financial operations of the healthcare facility in accordance with generally accepted ing principles; local, state and federal regulations, standards and established facility policies and procedures to achieve facility financial goals.
Required Qualifications
v Bachelor’s degree in ing, Business istration or related field preferred.

Develops and implements payroll ing processes, including special ing functions required by any employee benefit or retirement plans, insurance ing required by the federal Family and Medical Leave Act, etc.
Produces monthly facility income statement.
Prepares financial records and cost reports for submission to authorized government agencies as required by current regulations.
Utilizes and is proficient in various excel, word, adobe, and other electronic reporting formats.
Maintains schedules for capital expenses and fixed asset depreciation.

POSITION SUMMARY

This is a permanent full-time placement position with travel within the defined territory, not a temporary contract with relocation.
Let us provide you with cataract expertise in a variety of hospitals and surgery centers as well as challenge you in the development of other skills in logistics and inventory management. Our Traveling Surgical Technologists (CST) are not only actively working in the OR, but also responsible for their own inventory management and the contribution of efforts in regional equipment and instrumentation logistics.
Qualifications to be a Traveling Surgical Technologist (CST) for Vantage Surgical Solutions
· Successful graduation from an accredited surgical technology program
· CST Certification required for some states (obtained within 90 days of employement)
· BLS
· Responsible and able to work independently
· Detail-oriented
· Basic computer skills
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Ability to complete overnight travel 3-4 nights weekly.
· Able to work collaboratively and with a team mindset
